CMHC Research Report (final): Profile of Rooming House Residents 2006

This 189 page 2006 CMHC report details the perspectives of Rooming House residents and landlords studied in three major Canadian cities: Montreal, Ottawa and Vancouver. Findings were remarkably consistent with similar studies completed earlier in Winnipeg and Toronto and provides a basis for further policy development and change.
